Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to all cities and most towns across Pakistan through established courier partners, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot and Bahawalpur.
Charges
Delivery costs a flat Rs 295 per order, anywhere in Pakistan. The total shown on the order form already includes it, so the amount you hand the courier is the amount displayed.
Order confirmation
Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. Please keep the number you gave us reachable. If we cannot reach you after three attempts across two days, the order is held and then released.
Delivery time
- Major cities: typically 2–3 working days after confirmation.
- Smaller towns and remote areas: typically 3–5 working days.
- Orders confirmed on Friday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and public holidays can add delay.
Paying the courier
Pay the rider in cash on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible. You may examine the parcel from the outside before paying. If the packaging is visibly damaged or opened, refuse the delivery and call us the same day.
Failed or refused delivery
If delivery fails because the address was incomplete, the number was unreachable, or the parcel was refused without reason, the order is returned to us. Repeated refused orders from the same number may mean we ask for advance payment on any future order.
