Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Naughty Mist (naughtymistperfume.pk) collects when you place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit an order we collect only what is needed to deliver it: your name, mobile number, optional alternate number, complete delivery address, city, chosen shade, quantity and any notes you add. Our server also records the date and time of the order and the IP address it came from, which we use to prevent spam and fraudulent orders.

How we use it

• To confirm your order by phone before dispatch.
• To pack and deliver your parcel through a courier company.
• To contact you about that order if there is a delivery problem.
• To keep a basic record of sales as required for our own accounts.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, delivered through Cloudflare, which sets cookies to measure visits and how pages are used. It records anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. It is not linked to your order details. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to. Analytics data is separate from your order record. We do not collect card, bank or payment details at any point, because all orders are Cash on Delivery.

Sharing

We share your name, address and phone number with the courier company handling your delivery. That is the only routine sharing that takes place. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

Retention and security

Order records are stored on our hosting account and kept only as long as needed for delivery, returns and basic accounting. Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it once your order is complete. Contact +92 314 7003800.
