Refund & Return Policy

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If something is wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on +92 314 7003800.

When we replace or refund

• You received the wrong product or the wrong shade.
• The item arrived damaged, leaking or with broken packaging.
• The seal was already broken when the parcel reached you.
• The item is expired or past its usable shelf life on arrival.

In these cases we arrange a free replacement, or a full refund of the product price if a replacement is not available.

What we cannot accept

• Cosmetics that have been opened, used or swatched, unless the product itself is faulty. This is a hygiene restriction and applies to foundation, skincare and similar items.
• A shade that does not match your expectation, where the correct shade you ordered was delivered. Shade appearance varies with screen and lighting, so please choose carefully.
• Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery.
• Items returned without their original packaging.

How to raise a claim

Call or WhatsApp +92 314 7003800 with your order name, mobile number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We respond within one working day and tell you the next step. Do not ship anything back before we confirm, or we cannot trace it.

Refund method

Because orders are Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid, or by bank or mobile wallet transfer to an account in your name, normally within 5–7 working days of the returned item reaching us. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the fault was ours.

Order cancellation

You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch — just call us. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery at the door.
